Information We Collect

TechTree Insights currently does not offer user accounts or payments. If a newsletter is introduced, this page will identify the minimum information required, such as an email address, and explain how it is used.

Anonymous Usage Analytics

TechTree Insights uses only self-hosted, anonymous analytics to improve its content and reading experience. We aggregate page entries, language, device category, source type, episode navigation, reading depth, and episode completion. Technical request information is used only at collection time to make a broad classification of known bots or automation tools, and the original value is not retained. We do not collect direct identifiers such as names or email addresses, and we do not store IP addresses or raw user-agent strings in our analytics database.

Public reading pages do not store analytics cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, or persistent visitor identifiers. A temporary identifier used to associate reading events exists only in memory during the current page runtime and disappears on refresh. Restricted administration features use security cookies required for sign-in and internal-traffic exclusion.

External Services

We use Google AdSense to verify site ownership and to support future advertising. Depending on applicable law and the user's consent status, Google may use cookies or device information, subject to Google's privacy policy. Third-party privacy policies apply when you follow an external link from this site.
